Saint Jorioz

Located in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, the Ô D’Annecy Bed and Breakfast overlooks the charming village of Saint Jorioz. Located on the west shore, Saint Jorioz is the most populous of the villages on the shores of the lake. Less than 500 meters from the guest house, you will find all useful shops and a good choice of restaurants.

Take advantage of your visit to Saint Jorioz to visit the Paccard foundry, the oldest foundry in France managed for 7 generations when it was created in 1796 by the Paccard family. Some of the most famous bells and chimes in the world such as the American Liberty Bells, the Hiroshima Peace Bell come from this famous foundry.

In a renovated 19th century farmhouse, spend a moment to visit the Maison de Pays de Laudon, an ethnographic eco-museum located in the village center.

Do not hesitate to stroll along the lake and admire the wildlife of the reed beds and the magnificent old houses lining the shore.

Enjoy the pretty white sand beach made up of a large grassy esplanade shaded by a few trees and thickets, Saint Jorioz offers beachgoers a very beautiful swimming area.
